This first weekend after the launch of Bull City Hoops has been an exciting one for us. The timing has coincided with quite a bit of news, allowing us to put on full display what this site will look like going forward.
The response from all of YOU has been incredible. We are truly humbled by your interest and support for us and Bull City Hoops. It has energized us in such a huge way!
As most of you know, class of 2022 five-star center Dereck Lively will be announcing his decision on Monday, Sept. 20, at 6 p.m. ET. While there are seven schools on his final list, it’s widely known this battle has come down to Duke and Kentucky.
Our staff has been keeping close tabs on this developing story since he announced his decision date, and will continue to do so until his choice becomes official. Your engagement on our Dereck Lively Chatter thread has been incredible! We love the insight and views you all bring to the table.
With that, we would like to ask one huge favor of all of you. This site has grown rapidly since we launched on Thursday, but we want to keep this momentum going. The best way you can help us do that is let your fellow Duke friends know about the site.
